Simply fill out a quote form under the product category you would like to purchase and one of our Branding Consultants will reach out to you within 24-48 business hours if they have any additional questions. You can also contact us via email at info@monkeypakme.com or call us at 909-459-0025.  
Filling out a form will be the quickest way to get an order started.

1. Our Branding Consultant emails you a quote for you to review and approve.
2. Upon your approval, an invoice is sent.
3. Once payment is confirmed by accounting, design process begins (usually within 24 business hours from receipt of payment).
4. If you have your own design file(s), submit to orders@monkeypakme2.com and reference your order # and your company name on the subject line. Please always copy (cc) your Branding Consultant.
5. If MPM DESIGN ASSIST is utilized, a render will be created to provide you with a visual image of how your packaging will potentially Render(s) turnaround time is 24-48 hours after all necessary information has been provided. You will have ONE revision of the initial render to finalize product(s).  If additional renders are needed additional charges may apply.
6. Order is moved into production within 24 business hours of render approval.
7. You will receive an email with an estimated ship or pickup date depending on ship method chosen during order placement within 3-5 business days of the order being moved into production.
8. Additional email is sent when order is ready to pick up or shipping out. Pick up orders require appointments. Warehouse hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 4:30pm

Included in many of our custom offerings is MPM DESIGN ASSIST*.  Monkey Pak Me (MPM) will help you bring your vision to life; just provide us with your logo in a vector format (adobe illustrator) and look you wish to see for your custom item(s). 

*MPM will retain the rights to any files designed unless the design is purchased outright for an additional cost. Production die-lines will not be made available.

Subscription plans are a great way to free up your cash flow and leverage your spend. Many of our offerings can be bundled.  We work with you to forecast usage and build a bundle that fits your needs.

All orders are custom made therefore refunds will only be allowed if product is defected. Customer agrees to notify MPM, via email at info@monkeypakme.com, within forty-eight (48) hours of the date and time of delivery of the items of any printing defect(s). If customer fails to notify MPM within the forty-eight (48) hour time-period, the inventory shall be deemed free from printing defect(s) and fit for the purpose for which it is intended.
